What Customers Say
"Super clean work, everything well documented. Would recommend for sure."
Stephen called after seeing water dripping from an A/C vent in the kitchen of his motorhome. SealTech testing revealed active leaks at all four roof corner transitions. I was able to pinpoint the leaks and get them sealed up and get Stephen back on the road in a single visit.
"Brian pinpointed exactly where our travel trailer leaks were and sealed them. Friendly, takes pride in his work, and reasonably priced. Definitely referring him!"
Patty had found a large soft spot on the floor of her travel trailer and called me to investigate. Multiple roof punctures and failed sealant at all four roof corners were the sources. I was able to patch the roof and apply a temporary waterproof wrap to stop the damage while she plans the full reseal.
What Happens During a Diagnostic
Four steps. No surprises. You'll know exactly what's going on with your rig.
Phone intake
We discuss your symptoms, your rig, and your location. If I can help, we schedule.
Pressure testing
SealTech® equipment pressurizes your RV from inside. Soapy solution on the outside reveals exactly where air (and water) gets through.
Honest brief
I walk you through what I found, what it means, and what your options are. You get to see photos of all the problem areas, which are then emailed with a written report before I go.
Repairs quoted
If there's something to fix, I'll quote by the job. No hourly meter running, no surprises. Sealant and materials are included in the quote. I fix only what you authorize, and workmanship on repairs I perform is warrantied for 12 months.

Schedule Your DiagnosticCommon Questions
Do I have to commit to repairs?
No. The diagnostic stands on its own. You're paying for information and documentation. Many customers use the report to make informed decisions on their own timeline.
Is repair included in the $450?
No, the $450 covers the full-coach diagnostic and report. Repairs are quoted separately, at a flat per-job rate, after I've seen the issues and can accurately scope the work.
Do you work with insurance or warranty?
While I'm happy to work with insurance companies and warranty providers, payment is due at time of service regardless of coverage. I cannot guarantee coverage or claim approval.
How long does it take?
Most diagnostics run 2–3 hours depending on the rig and complexity. I block a half-day window so there's no rush, which usually leaves room to handle straightforward repairs the same day if you'd like them done.
What if you find something worse once you start?
My quote covers the work described in it. If something turns up that wasn't visible when I quoted (rot, delamination, a previous repair done badly), I stop and talk to you before continuing. You'll never get a bill for work you didn't approve.
Where do you serve?
I am based in Marysville and serve King, Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, and Island counties. If your rig is parked at your home, a storage lot, or a local park in that area, I can come to you. If you're within 25 miles of Marysville, there's no trip fee. Outside of that radius, a trip fee will apply based on mileage.
